  Why would I use your service?

PRS maintains the most up to date information on the jurisdictions covered, cost of reports and any special requirements to retrieve reports. We do the research for any additional information needed to retrieve reports and route requests to the proper agencies. Our service saves your company on the internal cost for ordering and retrieving a report (i.e. envelopes, checks, postage, phone charges, employees' time and research).


  Are there any contracts or minimal order fees?

No, there are no contracts, minimal order fees or cost to set up an account, you are charged only for the services that you order.


  How do I set up an account?

You can request a new accounts form at our email address NewAccount@prspublicrecords.com or you may call our toll free number at 800.304.6730. One of our members will be happy to assist you over the phone.


  How will reports be returned to me?

Clients may choose to have there reports/documents returned via email, fax or mailed.


  How do I order reports?

Clients who wish to use our web site to place requests are issued a code and password upon setting up an account. This allows them access to complete and submit requests for reports throughout the United States and Canada online. Clients may also fax, phone or mail in their request on our provided request forms.


  How am I billed?

We provide detailed monthly billings only for the services that you have ordered and received back, during a 30-day period.
